I have high speed Internet: Download speed: 5229 kbps upload speed: 5499 kbps Is there any way at all that can make it faster? And also, I have BearShare and SPED not even come close to 4000 kbps. I do not know why, but please tell me how I can make it faster for BearShare, too. (Free) 5229 kbps is one of the slower speeds I have received. Generally, reaches 11Mbps. Why does it change much? And is there any way to stop doing that, so I could always be around 9-12MB? (I have fiber optic worldwide-web and no modem, ethernet cable comes only from the wall). What I discovered was – The modem should have nothing to do with their "speed" if you have a computer connected to it. I'm not familiar with Bearshare, but if you have more than one PC connected via modem, you may lose any bandwidth of the individual PCs.
